Return Policy for Hidden Cameras, Surveillance Equipment
We at SNKOUTLET.COM strive to offer our customers the best
products at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of the products,
returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or
unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific Snkoutlet's product page.
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by
Snkoutlet.com before any products are returned.
We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our
former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our
products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in a
condition that would not allow us to resell. We test all of our products
before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you have any

RETURN POLICY: All our hidden cameras,
surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the
person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature
of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon
shipment to the customer or if an product is defective. All returns must be
authorized by SNKOUTLET.COM before product(s) is returned. All products must
be returned in the original packaging. Snkoutlet.com will replace the
defective items only! We will not give refunds.
*Special exceptions may be made on
a case by case basis determined by SNKOUTLET.COM. In this event, returns are
subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must
be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s).
NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission
from SNKOUTLET.COM
Any return must be authorized by a representative of SNKOUTLET
and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization
and shipping instructions must be obtained from SNKOUTLET. No returns will be
authorized after five (5) BUSINESSs days of receipt of product(s) by the
customer.
Dvd's cannot be returned or exchanged after
purchase.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE
NON-REFUNDABLE.
REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM
SNKOUTLET.COM WITHIN A FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE
PRODUCT(S).
WARRANTY: We guarantee all SNKOUTLET products to be free
of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's
warranty is longer; please call) after sale to the customer. We will
replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence
of customer misuse, or alteration.
DISCOUNTS: If you plan on buying large
quantites of our products, please contact us info@snkoutlet.com. If you are an
installer of surveillance equipment and would like to use us for your supplies
contact us info@snkoutlet.com about discounts.
We ship by UPS Ground mainly. We do however use
other delivery services from time to time. If you have a special delivery
request, contact SNKOUTLET.COM. Further charges will be applied to your order
if request is granted.
We use two different locations for shipping. If you
place an order for two or more items, you may receive an e-mail giving you two
different tracking numbers for your order.
Items Beginning With the Letters "MG" Warranty Information
SNKOUTLET.COM offers a one (1) year warranty on every product begining
with the letters "MG" ,effective from the date of purchase. This
warranty is not transferrable beyond the dealer and the original enduser.
At our discretion, we will repair or replace the product with the
same or better.
Please keep in mind that any return may be subject to a 20% restocking
fee.
The warranty is voided when damage is caused by:
* Improper handling, neglect or failure to operate the product
following the directions provided.
* An outside force beyond the control of MGI (eg. flood, fire).
* Any repair or opening of the product by the dealer or end-user.
Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
Before submitting a product for return, please contact technical support
at info@snkoutlet.com or 718 595 2159 for troubleshooting.
In the event that we are unable to troubleshoot the product, please follow
the return procedures outlined below.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, in
“like new” condition with all
components, manuals and cables included. Products using accessories such
as batteries and
SD cards must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory. Product
that is returned
incomplete will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Merchandise returned
with missing items will not be refunded.
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the dealer or
the end-user.
We may require proof of purchase before servicing any product. We
reserve the right to refuse service on any product deemed not to have been
purchased from us.
APPLIES TO ALL PRODUCTS SNKOUTLET OFFERS
In no event shall SNKOUTLET be liable for any direct or indirect,
incidental, special or consequential loss or damages whatsoever (including,
without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business
interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out
of the use of or inability to use the products, even if SNKOUTLET.COM had been
advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation is intended to
apply and does apply without regard to whether such damages are claimed,
asserted or brought in an action or claim in tort or contract law, or on the
warranty, or under any other law or form of action except in relation to
liability for death or personal injury, for which no limit applies, the
liability of SNKOUTLET.COM to you for loss or damage arising under this
agreement shall not exceed in aggregate the cost of replacing the affected
product.
Nothing in this agreement shall be taken as excluding or attempting to
exclude or in any way restrict any liability for death or personal injury to
the extent arising directly from the negligence of SNKOUTLET.COM or that of its
employees or agents.
RETURN PROCEDURE FOR "MG" PRODUCTS
To return a defective product, please follow the steps outlined below.
1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) within one
year of the original ship date by emailing INFO@SNKOUTLET.COM.
2. Please provide the following information when requesting a Return
Authorization #: Original order number (located in the conformation email),
name of product being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime
telephone number and e-mail address.
3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with all
components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included.
4. For your protection, use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS
Ground.
5. After contacting us we will give the address to use for the return of
the defective item.
6. Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RMA#. Print
the Return
Authorization # clearly on the outside of the package.
PACKAGES WITHOUT A Return Authorization # WILL BE refused.
